Therapy Investment

You’re worth it

Make your life what you want it to be.

Therapy is an investment in healing, learning to thrive, and creating the life you desire. My fee is $250 per 50-minute session. Sessions can occur weekly or every 2 weeks depending on your needs. I intentionally limit the number of clients I work with so that I can serve you with the best of my ability. When you work with me, I invest in our therapeutic relationship through my presence, skill, and behind the scenes work. The behind the scenes work includes staying up to date on research, receiving continuing education, and preparing for our time together.

Cancellation Policy: I charge the full fee for sessions that are not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. In the case of emergencies, we may be able to make other arrangements to avoid being charged the fee.

I do not accept health insurance.

In order to give you the best care possible, I do not accept health insurance. Health insurance companies dictate the care you receive and I want to be able to tailor your treatment to your unique needs.

If desired, I will provide superbills that you can submit to your health insurance company for possible reimbursement of part of my fee. Reimbursement is contingent on what your plan says about out-of-network care. Please contact your insurance company for more information.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, consumers who are not using health insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of medical services. You have the right to receive this estimate at least 24 hours before any non-emergency medical appointment or service. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
