Find relief and feel at peace

Do you feel like you’re always anxious and on edge?

You’re tired of letting worry get in the way of the things you dream of doing. You may always be preoccupied with what others are thinking or feeling, or simply unable to get out of your house sometimes. Feelings of tension, panic, and irritation often show up and you don’t always understand why. You fear you’ll never be the person you want to be without anxiety holding you back.

It’s hard to focus and complete tasks. Your body is often so keyed up that it’s hard to relax and fall asleep or stay asleep. You find yourself feeling short of breath or having a racing heart beat, sometimes for no apparent reason. Worry gets in the way of forming the depth of relationships you long for.

I can help you break free from anxiety

You can feel relaxed, at ease, and confident in yourself and your abilities. You can find freedom from overwhelm and panic. It may not seem like it now, but it’s possible to have a life where you are not consumed by unnecessary worry. Your relationships can feel safe and supportive, even when there is conflict. Imagine feeling at peace and being able to be your authentic self without fear of rejection.

I use evidence based mind/body techniques to help you build a solid coping foundation to bring your anxiety back to manageable levels. From that place of stability, we can then go deeper to uncover and process through the root causes of your anxiety.

  • Understand what is happening in your brain and nervous system when you are worried, anxious, and/or panicky

  • Learn coping tools to calm your nervous system and get out of fight-or-flight

  • Understand and work through past experiences that may be behind your anxiety

It’s time to feel confident and comfortable in your own skin.

I can help you get there.
