Naturally Experience an Altered State of Consciousness for Meaningful Change

Do you crave deep healing and talk therapy doesn’t feel like the right approach?

You find yourself getting in your own way. Maybe you are stuck in the same patterns or types of relationships, self-sabotaging, or simply feeling numb, disconnected, or emotionally drained. You know you can feel better than you do and you need some help getting there.

Breathwork can help you create lasting change.

Breathwork is a mind-body therapy that integrates connected breathing and bodywork to help you move through and release what is keeping you stuck. It can support you in connecting deeply with what needs to be healed, at your own pace, in a way that feels safe. This approach can help you experience an altered state of consciousness without medicine. In the altered state, you can meet yourself and your challenges with more compassion and less fear. This can help you heal past traumas, honor your own needs and emotions, and improve your ability to have healthy boundaries and relationships.

What to expect in a session

Each session begins with setting an intention with guidance and coaching from the facilitator. Afterwards, you are guided in a short grounding practice to become present and aware of your breath and body. After grounding, you will begin diaphragmatic connected breathing. Connected breathing means that there are no pauses between your inhale and exhale. The session ends with a silent integration followed by time for journaling and processing.

Breathwork can help you:

  • Increase self-acceptance, love, and compassion

  • Increase emotional awareness and intelligence

  • Improve ability to connect with self and others

  • Improve mental health and ability to cope with life’s challenges

  • Release stuck past memories

  • Change patterns of being and reacting
